Private Sound Bath

Service Description

Private sessions can be done at my home or yours and is determined after booking Resting in savasana, let your body absorb the healing qualities from each instrument. Together we create a personally curated sound bath for you to experience. You can speak on things you're working on, toward, or wish to release, and I will channel in that energy through my instruments while connecting with the essence I am receiving from you. Let the sounds wash over you as you drift into a meditative state of self-reflection and loving awareness. Instruments used include: Set of quartz singing bowls Rain stick Tingsha Didgeridoo Some may fall asleep during a sound bath and that is completely natural and fine. Your body is still receiving all the healing benefits without having to be online. Mats are provided. Blankets, pillows, and all things cozy are suggested.
