Service Description

Private sessions can be held online, in my space or yours, location determined after booking Embrace slowing down and coming back home to yourself with this grounding flow. We will practice longer holds and incorporate breathwork to be able to find ease in our postures with each exhale. Placing emphasis on the deeper connecting tissues of our muscles gives the targeted area a full release. Expect to leave feeling grounded and more connected to your body. Mats are provided please feel free to bring blocks if you have any.
